Consultation and Trip Design

Why is there a charge for the Consultation and Trip Design? That fee covers the hours investigating the BEST option for your escape, based on the specific parameters specified in your questionnaire and the notes of our conversation. 

It includes checking reviews, the best location, and finding what will make your experience memorable. It may be using special perks or special deals only travel agents have access to because of the relationships with certain suppliers. All of my services are provided under my terms & conditions, these are available for your review on this website.

No later than 10 days after we sign the agreement, you will receive 3 itinerary options for your review. The selected itinerary can be tweaked or modified a reasonable amount of times to accommodate your needs. 

My rate includes everything from planning to booking and following up. I am your personal contact before, during and after the trip. All you need to worry about is packing and having fun! 

Referrals are appreciated and reflected in future planning fees.
